Drought declared in East Anglia, with other parts on brink | Environment | guardian.co.uk.

 

The Guardian on the drought… it is very dry but since early May not particularly hot most days, as we have had winds off the North Sea. It spat a bit today but what rain there has been has been way below what is needed. The foxgloves are very short & weedy looking this year up by the lighthouse in Cromer.
